Your request will then be reviewed individually by one of our staff members and handled personally.

Based on the information you provide, we will carefully select properties from our inventory that best match your preferences and requirements.

 

3. Feedback and Presentation of the Properties

If a suitable property becomes available, your contact person will get in touch with you to provide you with information and introduce you to the responsible sales representative.

 

4. Contacting our sales partner

If you are interested in learning more, we will refer you to our designated sales partner, who will guide you through the rest of the sales process.

 

5. Property viewing

Next, schedule an appointment with your contact person to view the apartment in person.

 

6. Clarification of funding

At the same time or afterward, you can check the eligibility requirements for financing the property. Once you provide proof of financing, we can proceed to the next step. 

 

7. Drafting the Purchase Agreement

Once an agreement on the purchase has been reached, the notary will prepare a draft purchase agreement in consultation with us, which you will receive approximately 14 days before the notary appointment. 

 

8. Notary appointment

At the joint appointment with the notary, the purchase agreement will be read aloud and signed by all parties.

 

9. Payment of the Purchase Price

Once the conditions have been met, the purchase price will be paid in accordance with the agreement.

 

10. Handover of the apartment

Once payment is received, the apartment will be officially handed over.

 

11. Transfer of ownership in the land registry

Finally, the buyer is registered as the new owner in the land registry.
